Happy Monday!!! I thank the Lord for just being God. Our God is such a wonderful savior. This morning this song came on, it stopped me in my tracks. The lyrics spoke so powerfully, "when we think of how wonderful, And merciful and kind, Our GOD has been to us., Then we know every glory hallelujah, He deserves, when we praise"
I have to admit, the tears started to flow. Just to know that even when the enemy sends his best assault on us when we begin to praise, that praise "...will bind, confuse And break the enemy. And cause his hands to be still.." We can confuse the enemy with our praise.
I know that everyone is dealing with something, you may need healing in your body, you may be in need of peace, you may be in need of comfort, but if we fall back on the principle of faith, knowing that no matter what we are dealing with, God is with us, we should automatically lift our hands in praise.
The word of God states in Psalms 61:1-2
"Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.
From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I."
