Happy Thursday
"This is the day that the Lord has made, we shall rejoice and be glad in it." Psalm 118:24
The Word for today is STRENGTH. But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint. Isaiah 40:31 King James Version (KJV) This scripture has been ringing in my head since yesterday. God is our strength. Strength like no other. Sometimes in this life, we feel overwhelmed, like we can't make it, but God is our strength. I don't know what you are facing today, but this is just a reminder that God is with you. He promised never to leave us nor forsake us. 2 Corinthians 12 tells us of the story of Apostle Paul and his conversation with the Lord... "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong." When we are weak, HE IS STRONG. God is our strength.
