Happy Thankful Thursday!!! I pray that you enjoyed a restful night and are ready to receive the blessings that have been assigned to you today. Last night, my Pastor, Bishop Duane Johnson spoke on "The Power of Rest". The word really resonated in my spirit. For the last couple of weeks, the Lord has been saying "His people are weary" and I have been directed to pray for those who are feeling weary and tired. This message really blessed me and I pray that it speaks directly to your spirit. "I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint." Jeremiah 31:25
"Create in me a pure heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me." Psalm 51:10-12

Father in the name of Jesus, before we ask you for anything God we say Thank You for everything. We Thank You for REST. We Thank You that we can REST in Your Word and in Your Promises. We shall REST in Your Word that says You shall never leave us nor forsake. We shall REST in your Word that says that You shall supply all of our needs according to Your riches in Glory. We shall REST in Your Word that says You are Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. We shall REST in Your Word that says You are our source. We shall Rest in Your Word that says You are our strength, our fortress, and our Savior. We shall Rest in Your Word that says You are our rock, in whom we find protection. Thank You for being our everything. We can REST in the Blessed Assurance that You are our God. Amen.
