Lord, Your Will Be Done. The Lord allowed me to hear a powerful message from the anointed woman of God, Pastor T. Renea Glenn, and the Lord has been speaking every since. Lord, Your Will Be Done. My prayer last night, my prayer this morning is Lord, Your Will Be Done. We must all be careful the words that we speak because our words have power. We must be careful not to complain or to murmur, but "in all things, we must give thanks to God". God is still in complete control, nothing that is happening in our lives has taken God by surprise. Believe it or not, even in our failures, even our sins, God already took every misstep into account and He will use it for our good. The Bible says in Proverbs 18:21, "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof." The Message Bible translation is "Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit—you choose." We must watch our words. Every word we speak is a choice between life and death, what are you choosing with your words?
Prayer is the key. Each of us must ask God for wisdom in prayer so that we aren't just uttering words to the Lord. Remember our words have power, so we must be careful even in prayer the words that we speak. As stated in the scripture, we must "give thanks for everything because this is the will of God concerning me."
