Happy FriYah!!!!!! Not sure about everyone else but I am looking forward to the 3 day weekend. No special plans, just rest. I looked at my calendar this morning and I don't have a free Saturday until the end of October. Just BUSY!!! The Lord woke me up around 4 a.m. and all I could say was THANK YOU!!! I am so grateful to the Lord for what He has done and is doing in my life. Is everything in my life perfect? NO. Do I have everything that I want? No, but because of God's grace and mercy I have everything that I need. Roof over my head, food on my table, clothes on my back and shoes on my feet.. I am Blessed. I have people in my life who genuinely love and care about me. I am Blessed. I have a good job and a great employer, I am Blessed. I am surrounded by a family that I can count on, I am Blessed. Yes, I could lose a few pounds, but I am generally in good health, I am Blessed. God has done Great Things in my life and guess what I imagine most of you can say the same thing. Yes, we have to deal with the daily ups and downs of life, but God has been good to us.
Just wanted to remind you that Your Blessing is Coming. My Pastor, Bishop Duane Johnson declared, August as the month of Breakthroughs. I can tell you that the Lord blessed my one soul last week and if you haven't received your breakthrough yet, get on your knees and cry out to the Lord. His Word promised that He will never leave nor forsake us. His Word promises that He shall supply all of our needs according His riches in glory.
What are you expecting from God? As much as He has blessed me over this last week, I know that He's not finished with me. I have GREAT EXPECTATION from the Lord. The visions He gave me, the dreams He allowed me to dream, I know it's going to happen. What are you expecting from the Lord? "He says seek Me, and you shall find Me, when ye shall search for me with thine whole heart." Jeremiah 29:13 This walk requires GREAT FAITH. Trust that God is going to do it. He won't fail you. Your blessing is coming!!!
